Anotace	Diplomová práce se zabývá skladatelskou osobností Jana Nepomuka Augusta Vitáska (1770–1839) a jeho Requiem h moll, jehož opis je uložen v Českém muzeu hudby v Praze. Práce je rozdělena do tří částí. První část je věnována skladateli Janu Nepomuku Augustu Vitáskovi. Shrnuje dosavadní stav bádání, uvádí životopis a zabývá se kompozičním stylem skladatele. Druhá část je zaměřena na vývoj hudebního druhu Requiem a poukazuje také na Vitáskovu tvorbu. Závěrečný oddíl práce se zabývá Requiem h moll J. N. A. Vitáska. Součástí posledního oddílu je zevrubná analýza Requiem h moll (Requiem aeternam a Dies irae). Hlavním cílem práce je vypracování kriticko-praktické edice Requiem h moll od Jana Nepomuka Augusta Vitáska, která je připojena k závěrečné části společně s ediční zprávou.
Anotace anglicky	The master's thesis deals with the composer Jan Nepomuk August Vitásek (1770–1839) and his Requiem in B minor. Copy of this composition is found in Czech Museum of Music in Prague. Thesis is divided into three parts: First part summarizes the current state of researches. It is also focused on the biography of the composer Jan August Vitásek and it explores his compositional style. Author of the thesis describes evolution of the Requiem as a musical form in the next part. It also points out composing of the Requiem in the context of other compositions of Jan Nepomuk August Vitásek. The final section of the thesis deals with the Requiem in B minor by J. N. A. Vitásek. The last section includes a detailed analysis of Requiem in B minor (Requiem aeternam and Dies irae). Main aim of the thesis is elaboration of critical-practical edition of Reqiem in B minor by Jan Nepomuk August Vitásek, which is attached to the final part together with edition report.
